We want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any products that are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and makeup items cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring any fragile glass bottles are well-protected.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
